Who We Are

Mrs. Nancy Lim School of Cooking & Baking, and Sincere Cake Ingredients & Utensils Shop was established in July 2002 with the ultimate objective in developing and expanding the skill training programs for the food processing industry. Our training center being well accepted by the general public as we have been conducting food processing skill courses since year 1997 and had been teaching under MRS. LIM brand name (advertisement) since 1997.

Mrs. Nancy Lim School of Cooking & Baking, and Sincere Cake Ingredients & Utensils Shop offering the program and courses in certificate levels for school leavers, which included pastry, food processing and preparation, cuisine, bakery and food & Beverage Operation.
